When you dance to music, become the dance, when you drive, fully alert, become the driving,one with the machine, when you sing become the song, when you peel a potato, be the peeling, when you walk, feel every muscle,feel your feet, become the walk, so that there is nothing but the dance, the drive, the peeling or the walk. When you think, realize that there exists only the thought.
